      Description

      I would like to request creation of a new npm package in the npm registry:

      @jenkins-cd/react-material-icons

      This is currently available in the global namespace as "react-material-icons-blue" and I believe it's tied to Thorsten Scherler's account.

      The corresponding Github repo is here:
      https://github.com/jenkinsci/react-material-icons

      The current package is here, FYI:
      https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-material-icons-blue

      We should grant publish access to the entire UX team.

          Apologies if I used the wrong component. Please let me know if you need any other info.

          The Jenkins project infra team doesn't manage anything on npmjs.org, so I'm not sure what this is asking for

          Cliff Meyers hey cliff, I must have misunderstood you earlier ... you mean you want to publish the package? If so, just publish it as normal and then set the access on it to be "public" (https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/access).

          Of course you only need to set the access on it after the first publishing of it i.e. just for new packages.

          Apologies, I am still trying to sort out the right process for these requests. Closing this ticket.
