      Description

      Problem

We have deprecated jenkins and jenkinsci/jenkins Docker Hub repositories since a long time now, but we keep publishing releases to the latter.

This creates false expectations, and does not make it clear to users we do not care really anymore about jenkinsci/jenkins.

      Expected

We should stop publishing releases to http://hub.docker.com/r/jenkinsci/jenkins/ immediately.
This will not impact current installations, but this will make it more visible to users looking for an upgrade, or using only docker pull and missing the big DEPRECATED we put on the page:
(deprecated, and last updated 31 minutes ago).

Bonus point: the publishing code would be simplified by having a single target to publish to.

I totally agree and we should also remove every non version tag like 'lts' to avoid confusion
