Matrix job configurations table uses the default (ugly) HTML appearance for the table borders

      If you create a matrix job with several axes, you will notice that an ugly, default styled HTML table with double borders contains the configurations matrix.
      Jenkins already has a nice table design: nice table header, nice table body - the table design used for the jobs lists, for example.

      IMO, the Jenkins design should be used for all the tables, including this one.
