Trigger monitor panel of gerrit manual trigger fails to show jobs triggered when job is silent mode (does show selected patches).

      Select a patch and trigger it.
      Patch icon shows up in monitor panel but panel does not detect that a job was triggered.
      Go to specific job/build page and job shows that it was triggered manually.

      I'll have a fix suggestion for your perusal soon.
