The new ClientSpec file feature is quite cool but could be actually perfect

We have a generic "Compile, Link" job that works on different projects. I need to be able to enter the project name in the ClientSpec filename, something like

//my_depot/my_projects/${MY_PROJECT_NAME}/client_spec.txt

For the moment, this does not work because parameter substitution is not done.
