fstrigger plugin download didn't pull in dependency envinject

      Description

      just update 1.440 to 1.442 and then updated fstrigger from 0.17 to 0.18

      after restarts of jenkins attempted to add an fstrigger to an exiting job and got a stack trace complaint that envinject plugin wasn't available

          The exception still occurs on Jenkins 1.444 with FS Trigger plugin 0.19 and EnvInject plugin 1.1.

          The bug was due to a classloader issue with the dependencies of Jenkins plugins.
          Release 0.20 should fix the bug.
