Currently there is no way to use environment variables in token macro values. This is a big disadvantage when there are different macros in a single page that a job run may need to update based on parameters, build status etc. The current behavior forces the user to conditionally run different publisher steps, and the added complexity of the job configuration makes it easier to make mistakes etc.
