HealthAwareRecorder.logExceptionToFile() isn't handle a null getDefaultEncoding()

      When HealthAwareRecorder.getDefaultEncoding() returns null, the method logExceptionToFile is not handle correctly, validating with EncodingValidator.getEncoding().
      A patch is attached.
