Clicking on "Add Parameter - Node" does nothing

      I have installed version 1.4 of the plugin on Jenkins 1.500 running on a Windows 7 machine. When I click on Add Parameter - Node, nothing happens. The UI remains the same and there is nothing in the Jenkins log. I am using IE9.
