When displaying configuration interface of this plugin, all sub options are displayed.
For example sub options of "Likely Stuck" ("Fail the build" and "Writing the build description") should only be displayed when this option is selected.
Instead, when they are all displayed.
Note that if you change the option from ("Likely stuck" to "absolute") the sub options disappear.

I suppose that the JS code is OK while the server code is not doing it's job

This has been broken since we installed this plugin (January?)
