We are using poll SCN as the scheduling method for builds. The problem that we are facing is that there is no provision to trigger an email if there are no changes found in the code. Whereas, if there are changes in the code from the last SVN revision, the process moves to build actions, and then to the post build actions, where we can send an email through the ext-email plugin.

But, there seems to be no method to send an email in case there are no changes in the code (as the build process is not initiated in that case). Please let us know how is it possible to achieve the desired outcome here.
