setup:
parent job configure the post build step for publish junit results. Chile job will do not configure anything related to this.

Expected result:
1) Main page of job will have link "Latest Test Result(no failures)"
2) after running one more than one builds a graph of passed and failed tests

Result:
#1 is there but missing #2
