In our Jenkins master, we have configured two Artifactory servers. Now it happened that one of them was down, which made it impossible to load ANY job configuration page, regardless which of the Artifactory servers was actually used in the job.

It seems that there's a NullPointerException when loading the job configuration, as well as an endless loop polling the Artifactory server.
