Allow case insensitive user matching

      Logging in with LDAP allows users to login either as JohnB or johnb or johnB. And as I would have to create 3 or more rules for each user. Case sensitive sorting of users makes it even less readable and maintainable.

      So I think there should be an option to treat user names case insensitive (I guess in some rear cases you might want to treat them case sensitive). If this option is set then user "JohnB" should be equal to "johnb".

      Also sorting could be case insensitive, but that is optional (as I would be able to add all users with upper case letters anyway).
