Unable to connect to ALM QC 11.5. Jenkins throws error saying "server is not available"

      Version of Quality Center: 11.52
      Version of Quick Test Professional: 10.00

      I have QTP automated scripts stored in QC.
      I want to call these scripts through jenkins.
      I have installed the Quality Center PlugIn.
      When trying to run, it throws error saying "Server is not available".
