It seems that sometimes, the Clearcase UCM Change Log parser seems to go into a
loop and keeps looking up the same activities again and again.

I think this may have to do with the change log parser recursing into the rebase
activity although I'm at a loss currently to try and explain it fully.

Have attached an example of a build log where the problem occurs. Note that I've
never left it finish the build as I'm not sure if it ever will.
