rerun of a job with identical parameters does not enter it to the queue

I wanted to rerun a job several times, by filling in the parameters and sending it. after the first success, the other jobs would not enter the queue. when changing one of the parameters, the job would enter the queue.

jenkins 1.563 on windows 7
