Our jobs are set to build periodically using a cron setting of "H 22 * * *" to build sometime within the 10 o'clock hour each night. Recently, this setting started to be ignored with the jobs running once every 27 hours instead - for example, if it runs at 9am one day it will run at 12 noon the next, then 3pm the following day and so on. We have verified that the time is correctly reported in Jenkins and on the Windows machine on which Jenkins is installed and also that the locality is set correctly on that machine. We have NOT installed/changed plugins or Jenkins versions within the last several months.
