Given that plugins in many different domains need the trend graph capability,
Hudson should provide a service to simplify this.

(Such service would include the generation of the trend graph, HTTP header
handling, caching, etc.)

One possible approach is based on annotating build-scoped Action class and
signifying which field/property represents what item.
