We did not upgrade Jenkins application to a newer version. so the issue is with existing version.
step by step description:
1) we access the Jenkins URL "http://susday10660.corp.ncr.com/Jenkins" on another machine through this way. the jenkins application is installed over the another server.
2) now Jenkins interface is open to see. now we select our job and press the option "build now" located at left side".
3) now we open the console output of the job and it appears to be in hang state completely.
4) the build doesn't throw any error. we used to manually abort it.
