      Description

Our Jira server is only accessible via https, and the webserver requires a
username and a password to access the page. When I enter the URL in the
configuration path, I see "Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL:".

Could you please add support for HTTP authentication?

We have the same problem with our JIRA installation. That feature would be nice.

I work in environment with multiple Jenkins servers and multiple JIRA systems with forced HTTP authentication. Support for HTTP authentication would help to use features of this plugin for many users. Thanks.
