PTC Integrity Plugin - Build can't be abort after facing MKS exception

    • Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise - 64-Bit, Plugin Version: 1.28, Integrity Version: 10.4, Hint: Using a newer plugin version not possible as updating Integrity is currently not possible.

      From time to time some Jobs are running into the following error. We were not able to identify any reasons that are causing this problem. It seems to appear "randomly":
      "java.lang.Exception: MKS124803: Internal error detected: Exception was: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException".

      When this error is faced the build is not finished by itself and marked as faild, but it just "keep running" without doing anything. When trying to stop/abort the build manually there is simply no reaction from Jenkins and nothing happens at all.

      Our only solution until now is to restart Jenkins. After that the build was canceled and can be restarted
