Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on This build is parameterized via chekbox.
2. Add a string parameter, though there's no need to fill in any values.
3. Save project.
4. Configure project again.
5. Turn off This build is parameterized via chekbox.
6. Save project.
7. Run a build and note it asks for the string parameter.

What should happen:

Turning off parameterized build should work independent of the parameters that have been specified
in the past. Note that the only way to avoid the prompt is to delete the string parameter.
