PMD plugin does not create links to source code.

      The PMD plugin shows the filename and line number of each PMD violation, but
      does not produce links to the line number in the source code. Running this on
      Hudson ver. 1.262, PMD plugin version 2.3.
      The FindBugs, Tasks and CheckStyle plugins are all installed and do produce
      links to errors and tasks in the source code; only PMD fails to do so.
      Will attach the XML files for debugging as soon as possible.
