Using 1.6.23 version, there seems to be a UI loss of steps on post build steps - even though the job config.xml file is correct. as a result the build when its fired off doesnt run the post build steps. I shouldnt have to reload configs from disk to refresh the UI - the steps should not get lost to begin with when jenkins is running normally
