The application we're attempting to deploy takes longer than then timeout period coded into the cloud foundry plugin. We've set the manifest.yml property for timeout to be longer and cloud foundry respects this period so the applicaiton deploys properly.

But, Jenkins consistently reports a failure because it times out before the cloud foundry health manager. That means out deploys are always listed as failure... even when there is a success.
