Reproduction steps

• Configure browser to request Ukrainian language content;
• Open Update centre;
• Observe column titles and some columns' content to be written with Korean characters. Only the last column is in Ukrainian;

I can reproduce the issue on very different configurations on different machines (Windows, Fedora 22, CentOS 7), with freshly installed Jenkins.

Desired solution

Best case: everything written in Ukrainian
Acceptable solution: untranslated things are written in English.
