Ability to set the filetime option for workspaces that are created by the tfs-plugin. In tf.exe this is done with the workspace command like so:

tf.exe workspace WORKSPACENAME /filetime:current or checkin

This option is available in tf.exe for both new workspaces being created or can be used to set the filetime option of an existing workspace.

Suggest putting this option in the plugin Advanced configuration section where the name of the workspace is defined. A drop down with the choices or radio selection would both work nicely.
