When I try to update from 1.286 to 1.287 with the update center it doesn't work.
All check are reported as ok, the WAR is downloaded. But when all is done, I
click on the "Restart Now" button and I get an error page with the following
message:

Cannot run program "C:\DOCUME~1\sa\LOCALS~1\Temp\hudson.exe" (in directory
"C:\DOCUME~1\sa\LOCALS~1\Temp"): CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find
the file specified.

My Hudson is installed as a Windows service but does not run as the local system
account.
