If the job for some temporary issue fails, eg. license problem, network issues etc., there is no way to rebuild manually the ready-branch (if a build is executed after that).

We need to look into this in two steps:

Investigate and describe all the problematic flows that doesn't work
second last build failed temporary, need to be retriggerede
last build failed, manual build doesn't work?
there is retrigger plugin which might work, for the last failed build...
suggest solutions and discuss with stakeholders the plan for implementation
