Jenkins has the ability to "Archive artifacts only if build is successful"

I would like the ability to save artifacts only on FAILURE. For pull request builds I only want to save the logs on failure. I imagine there are other usecases for keeping artifacts on each build status. Perhaps the single " on success" boolean could be extended for each build status or some combination thereof.
