Downgrading the JIRA plugin removes SCM (svn) configurations from all projects.

      Hi

      After downgrading the JIRA plugin from 2.2 to 2.1, the SCM settings of all our builds where lost and must be reconfigured. The logs do not show any noticeable problems. The credential settings are still available. Just attached a screenshot to show that all settings where lost.

      This happened due to JENKINS-33211.
