We had a number of jobs with regex that were being complained about. Rather than ignoring them, it
appears the use of any 'bad' regex for SVN exclusion regions cause the job to never kick off. It would poll
properly and see that the revision increased, but apparently the exclusion issues caused it to ignore any
changes.

(i.e. I had an exclusion of "builders/build_standalone/*/", and it didn't like that. So any changes were
ignore)
