We use Jenkins as integration tool and use CAC (common access card) and SAML to access Jenkins URL site.
In order to enhance our projects security, some projects could be enabled "project-based security" with "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix". However, some other projects disappear after enabling "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix" even with those users' CAC ID existing in "Block inheritance of global authorization matrix"
