Hi,
When I try to execute jenkins restart, by using below command
java -jar /usr/local/apache-tomcat-7.0.23/webapps/jenkins/WEB-INF/jenkins-cli.jar -s http://fiespx0311.adinfra.net:9090/jenkins/ restart

I get the below error:
