      • User wants to be able to click on any commit ID in the UI and be taken to the change on its origin service or repository viewer (e.g. clicking on a commit ID should take you to the change on github.com) – (UX-76)
      • If a URL is available to a commit then it should appear in the rest response for a runs changes
      • See if we can make this as generic as possible to work with any web repository viewer

            Ivan Meredith if there is no common API for getting a URL to the change set then create that API in core and implement it for github
