Get status from Radiator View Plugin

      Description

We are using Radiator View Plugin to monitor our overall job status. We would like to be able to restrict merges while the Radiator View Plugin is red (and allow merges again if Radiator turns green). For this purpose it would be very nice if Radiator View posted status changes in some way.

Also, a further tweak to this would be if build claims were also included and also updates the status, so one can allow merges from the ones who has claimed the builds.

I understand the request, but not sure I understand the use case: why would you block things on a repo, when maybe these are the ones that are going to fix that red?

Also, though I could technically do it, I don't see why it wouldn't be more to-the-point to just query a given's job status, insteaf of a radiator's, which is already a lot "downstream" in term of information?

Can you please elaborate the use case?

          Thanks
