The option "Run only on parent" from the Environment Script plugin is hidden when using MatrixMultibranch projects from the Multibranch Project plugin.

EnvironmentScriptDescriptor.isMatrix() could be enhanced to support the new project type, or maybe there might be a way to make MatrixMultiBranchProject extend MatrixProject (but I can't see how).
