The git plugin clones repositories into directories of the same name as the
URL. This breaks on Windows/Cygwin because it thinks that the http: (or
whatever) is a drive letter specification. Easiest way to fix this is probably
to simply allow the user to specify the name of the directory to use for the
checkout in the Hudson configuration.
