After build is queued the URL to the modal is incorrect

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Take executor offline
      2. Run a branch of a multi-branch pipeline from the branch tab
      3. Switch to the Activity tab
      4. Click on the queued run
      5. URL will fail to load (null in URL path)

      Note that refreshing the page and clicking on it again "fixes" the problem
