Since job-dsl-plugin v. 1.51 the rundeckInstance is required when we create RundeckContext (for rundeck-plugin v min. 3.5.4)

So if we does not specify the rundeckInstance we will receive the exception "rundeckInstance cannot be null or empty"

But rundeck-plugin supports backward compatibility and sets the value 'Default' when the rundeckInstance is ommited
