Unsupported steps are represented in the Editor

      In Scope

      • Introduce a special step type called "Unsupported step"
      • This will be used whenever a step cannot be rendered by the Editor (ie there is know known editor for the step of that name)
      • Works like any other step - can be moved in the step listing and in and out of block scoped steps
      • Its label should read "Unsupported – $StepName"
      • Will not change contents of that object/step

            Yes, JENKINS-38600 supersedes this and allows a better solution of just editing the step pipeline script directly.
