Remove CustomNameJobColumn

      After consideration, the custom name does not gain much. The tab already has the "kind" information. The UI confusion in having an additional name column is not worth the minor questionable finesse of tweaking the column from "Name" to something else.

      In all three use cases:


      Org folders... name makes sense for the repositories tab


      Name makes sense for the branches tab


      Name makes sense for the PRs tab
