      This is a follow-on task for https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-35845 which ended up tracking the change to Jenkins core (which is being backported to LTS).

      The blue ocean side of i18n continues:

      In scope:

      • localisation of improtant modules
      • Sample translations (german and or spanish) by thor to prove it
      • Use and demonstration of how to use i18n with react and Properties files
      • Tests
