as a Jenkins Git user on a system,
I want to have a configurable timeout length for 'Clean before checkout',
so I can set the timeout for every job separately.

On a machine with multiple services some jobs require more time to 'clean before checkout' than the standard 10 minutes. Especially the job with a large amount of smaller files.
I would like to be able to set timeout of the jobs with a lot small files larger than 10 minutes.
