I am attempting to use the Job Import plugin to import a job from one Ubuntu server to another.
I have not had any (or many) issues in using this plugin. Usually, it is able to import jobs just fine.
However, on this new server, I got this message:

FAILED - Unable to delete '/var/lib/jenkins/jobs/jenkins_new_NodeJS'. Tried 3 times (of a maximum of 3) waiting 0.1 sec between attempts.

I then went and manually deleted the empty 'jobs/jenkins_new_NodeJS' directory, and changed the permissions of '/var/lib/jenkins/jobs' to 777, and re-tried the import.
It still failed, with the same error message.

/var/lib/jenkins/jobs is a mounted partition hosted on a NetApp filer.

I'm not getting any errors when creating new jobs, just when importing.
