I had to enter the security group ID (sg-XXXXX) for the "Security group names" and additionally enter the Subnet ID for VPC (subnet-XXXXXXXX) in order for this to disappear.

Dominik Bartholdi, it works as you described. I've checked. Thank you!

Steffen Gebert, I wonder why you closed this ticket as fixed when error message misleads DevOps and file label says "SG names" not "SG IDs".

          Plugin version: 1.41

          Jenkins version: 2.138.3
