• Changes should always be autosaved to localStorage keyed on URL
• returning to URL should check if there are any previously stored changes that are not yet committed.
• When the user downloads or or saves the pipeline, it can be cleared.

To resolve:

• If a user is loading fresh, and they have a localStorage version, does fresh load overwrite?
