Keith - to comply with various licences, we need to include licences for all js libraries used to be included with the blue ocean hpi.

The data produced by: https://www.npmjs.com/package/npm-license-crawler automatically is just fine (it can output to a file, perhaps as part of build process? or even manually checked in somewhere is also fine).

Some options on how to provide it to users:

• on /about somehow
• on /blue/licences or similar (or /blue/about) - even as plain text
• Just included in the bundle may be fine

I will leave it up to you as to which was is easiest.
