Added in version 1.2 is the feature to comment on issues instead of opening new ones.
Default behavior right now is to always reopen issue and always comment.
Configuration page has no settings to match, and this behavior is not really what I need (personally I like the comments but after a successful build I want a new issue, i.e. reopen = false comment=true)
